A letter from Ben Davis

Dear fellow gym owner,

You own an asset that could be worth more than your building, your equipment and your member database put together.

It doesn’t appear on your balance sheet, and right now it doesn’t earn you a penny outside your own four walls.

It’s what’s inside your head.

Think about what 5, 10, 15 or 20 years of running a gym has taught you:

  • The hires you’d make again and the ones you wouldn’t.
  • The marketing that filled your diary and the campaigns that burned cash.
  • The sales conversations, the quiet months, the systems you built because something kept breaking.
  • The thousands of decisions you now make without thinking about them.

To you, most of that feels normal now. To a gym owner 3, 5 or 10 years behind you, it would be worth a great deal, because they’re stuck right now on problems you solved years ago. Plenty of them would happily pay somebody to help them solve those problems faster and skip the mistakes you made getting there.

Your first business may have already created the knowledge you need to build your second. You just haven’t packaged it yet.

Starting on December 1st, I’m going to help 20 gym owners do exactly that.

Over 90 days, we’ll take the knowledge, skills and results you’ve built up running Business #1 and turn them into Business #2: a coaching and consulting business that needs no premises, no new staff and no extra square footage.

The first goal is simple. Get your first 2–3 paying clients, prove people will pay for what you know, and get those clients a result. Then we build towards £3,000, £5,000 and eventually £10,000 a month.

I know the process works, because it’s what I did.

I Left School With No Qualifications And Started Out As A Lifeguard

I didn’t exactly start with a head start. I grew up in a single-parent family. We lived in social housing and relied on benefits. I left school with no qualifications, I’m hugely dyslexic, and nobody was funding my business ideas.

I started as a lifeguard, then became a swimming teacher, a gym instructor, a personal trainer and eventually a fitness business owner.

At almost every stage I hit the same ceiling. I could work harder, work longer and get better at the job, but the vehicle I was in decided most of what I could earn.

So I started learning. No marketing degree, never studied advertising. I taught myself marketing, sales, direct response, copywriting, offers, psychology and leadership. I read everything I could get my hands on, went to events, paid for mentors and, most importantly, tested it all in my own business.

Plenty of it didn’t work. Over time, I worked out what did.

Ben's office bookshelves, full of business, marketing and sales books, with a caption about investing thousands in his own education

Then I Noticed Other Fitness Business Owners Were Stuck On Problems I’d Already Solved

So I packaged what was inside my head and started selling it to them. That became Fitness Marketing Agency.

Warning: what you’re about to read isn’t me showing off. That’s not me. I’m being fully transparent about what’s possible because I know others can achieve it with my guidance, help and support.

Over the last 6 years, FMA has generated more than £14.2 million.

Payments dashboard: gross volume £14.2M, up 2,009.18% on £671K the previous period
Payments dashboard: 2,016 new customers, up 437.60% on 375 the previous period

This business has changed my life. It’s putting my daughters through private school, let me travel first class, built a substantial cash reserve, funded my pension, let me help my family financially, let me pay my staff an above-average, meaningful salary, and given me a business asset with real value.

My personal income today is closer to what I used to associate with professional footballers than anything I imagined earning as a lifeguard.

Side note: if I wanted to show off, you’d have seen all this blasted over my personal Instagram. You don’t. I’m pretty humble, and I’d rather be wealthy and unknown.

I’m telling you all of this because the principle behind it is simple enough to copy.

I learned how to solve valuable problems, found people who had those problems, and charged them to help solve them.

People pay for knowledge when it changes something they care about.

If you can save someone years of mistakes, help them make more money, build a better team or get their evenings back, your knowledge has a price. The only question is whether you ever turn it into something they can buy.

If you’ve ever been an FMA client, you already know this model works. Every month, you paid us for what we know about filling a gym. Your Second Business works the same way, with your knowledge on the other side of the invoice.

The trap and the economics

Why Your Next Move Probably Shouldn’t Be Another Location

Most gym owners reach a point where they start thinking about what comes next, and they tend to look at the same three options.

Open another site

Another lease, another fit-out, more equipment, more staff and more problems that need you there.

Start something in a new industry

A coffee shop, a wellness brand: thinner margins, a whole new set of problems, and paying for your education all over again.

Join another mentorship

Another 12 months consuming information (which you probably don’t need) without ever selling what you already know.

There’s a better question to ask: what if your next opportunity is hidden inside everything your first business has already taught you?

The old way, bricks and mortar: high overhead, low efficiency, thin margins, a little profit. The new way, consulting: low overhead, high efficiency, maximum profit.

Your Gym Can Only Grow As Fast As Your Square Footage

You already know what growth costs in a gym. More members need more sessions, more coaches, more equipment, more management and, sooner or later, more space.

You have a certain number of square feet, a certain number of hours in the day and a certain number of members your team can look after before something else has to get bigger. That isn’t a criticism of the gym model. It’s how a bricks-and-mortar business works.

What you know doesn’t carry those limits. You don’t need another 5,000 sq ft building, £100,000 of equipment, another 500 members or 4 new hires before you can take on your first client, and you don’t need to step away from the gym.

You take something you already know, package it around a problem someone will pay to solve, and sell it to people anywhere in the country, or anywhere in the world.

Why £10,000 In Consulting Isn’t The Same £10,000 As Gym Revenue

Add £10,000 a month to your gym’s revenue and you know how little of it reaches you.

Before you see a penny, it has paid the lease, staff wages, PAYE, employer’s National Insurance, equipment finance, utilities, software, insurance and maintenance. As you grow, some of those costs grow with you.

A coaching and consulting business can start as you, your laptop, Zoom and a few pieces of software. Later you might add a virtual assistant, someone for client support and a marketing budget.

Next to a gym’s cost base the overhead stays tiny, which is why a lean knowledge business can run at 80–90% profit margins.

£10,000 in: how much do you keep? In a gym, rent, wages, National Insurance, equipment finance, tax and PAYE take most of it. In lean consulting, £8,000 to £9,000 of it can be profit.

Frameworks, templates, courses

That means you could work with 5 clients, 20 clients or, with the right model, thousands of customers, without needing a bigger building every time you grow. The internet puts you in front of people far outside your gym’s catchment area, and Zoom means you never need to be in the same room as the person buying.

Your gym grows by adding capacity.
Your Second Business grows by reusing what you already know.

Do the maths

There’s More Than One Way To Get To £10,000 A Month

Pick a route, or build your own

Slide the numbers to see what a handful of clients could add up to.

5 clients × £2,000 a month =

£10,000

a month

At an 80–90% margin, roughly £8,000–£9,000 of it can be profit.

Illustrative maths, not a forecast or a promise. Your first client might pay £300, £500, £750 or £1,000, and that’s fine.

Maybe that gives you the extra £10,000 a month you wanted, without another building, a big team or a second business swallowing your life.

Brilliant.

Or maybe you find you love it. Your clients get results, demand grows, your frameworks improve and word spreads. You bring in people to help with delivery, perhaps build a sales team, and your consulting, coaching and courses grow into a much bigger company.

That’s what happened with FMA.

Two clear success paths. A: a high-profit lifestyle consulting business that funds an incredible life. Or B: a high-performing SME consulting business that grows cleanly, increases EBITDA and becomes more valuable every quarter.

The Knowledge-to-Income™ Method

What I Did, Broken Into 5 Stages

That’s the premise behind a new 90-day programme I’m launching on December 1st, called The Second Business Blueprint™. At its heart is the process I followed myself, which I’ve broken into 5 stages and called the Knowledge-to-Income™ Method.

Stage 1 · Extract

Find The Valuable Problem You Already Know How To Solve

First, we uncover what you actually know. That sounds obvious, but for most gym owners it’s the hardest part, because you’re too close to your own experience to see its value. Things you’d call basic could save somebody else years.

So we start with what I call Expertise Extraction™: your experience, results, skills, successes, failures, systems and track record, looking for the problems you’ve solved again and again and the areas where people already come to you for advice. Increasing sales, improving profit, recruiting better coaches, keeping members longer, opening a second site, putting AI to work.

That turns “What do I know?” into four sharper questions:

  1. Who can I help?
  2. What painful or valuable problem can I solve for them?
  3. What result can I help them get?
  4. And what is that result worth to them?

Your Second Business starts with the answers.

Stage 2 · Package

Person → Problem → Result → Offer

Once we know what you can help people with, we turn it into something they can buy: who it’s for, the problem it solves, the result it creates, how you’ll deliver it and what you’ll charge.

You don’t need a 47-module course, a membership site, a big personal brand or months of content first. At the start, I want it ridiculously simple:

Stage 3 · Monetise

Find Out Whether Someone Will Pay

Then we take it to market. This is where most people stall, spending months on logos, websites and course platforms without asking the only question that matters at the start: will somebody pay me for this?

So we identify potential clients, start conversations, present the offer on sales calls, listen to the feedback, handle objections and sharpen the offer.

Until somebody pays you, we have a theory.

Once somebody pays you, we have a business.

That first sale matters more than any number that comes after it, because it changes something in your head. You go from thinking “somebody might pay me for this” to knowing “somebody just did”. Then we do it again.

Stage 4 · Leverage

Let Your First Clients Write Your Course

Early on, I want you close to your clients: talking to them, hearing their questions, seeing where they get stuck and noticing which parts of your knowledge create the biggest breakthroughs. Those clients will help you build your intellectual property.

What you keep explaining becomes training, what you keep doing becomes a process, what you keep solving becomes a framework and what you keep sending becomes a template. Over time, those become assets that let you help more people without selling more of your time.

What you know What they need Results

The overlap is the only thing your clients are really paying for: results.

Stage 5 · Scale

Decide How Big You Want It

Then, and only then, do we decide how big this gets. A high-profit lifestyle business that funds the life you want, or a high-performing company that grows cleanly and becomes more valuable every quarter. Your call, once it’s working.

Now, before your brain says, “Ben, nobody’s going to pay me that much a month…”

Good. Forget the big numbers for a minute.

Your first client might pay £300, £500, £750 or £1,000, and I don’t care which. The first objective is to prove somebody will swap their money for your knowledge. Then you help them, get a result, collect proof, improve the offer and let your price rise with your confidence.

We earn our way up.

This was my first ever consulting client, paying a low and random amount of just £240. From that one client I built towards my first £10k month, and then upwards to a multi-million-pound company.

Stripe payment of £240.00 GBP, succeeded on 3 April 2018: Ben's first ever consulting client
My first ever consulting client: £240.
You see, nobody pays £1,000 for an hour on Zoom. They pay for the 5+ years it took you to know what to say in that hour.

What Would That Extra £10,000 Actually Pay For?

Most gym owners set revenue targets, forecast payroll and know exactly what the rent costs. Very few have reverse-engineered the life they want personally.

  • The house you want
  • School fees
  • Holidays
  • Investments
  • Your pension
  • Clearing the mortgage
  • Helping your parents
  • Your children’s first homes
  • Stopping work when you decide

“I’m doing pretty well” and “I’ve built enough to fund the life I want” are two very different places to be. An extra £3,000, £5,000 or £10,000 a month doesn’t have to disappear into lifestyle inflation. It can pay down debt, build your pension, cover school fees, build cash reserves and buy back your time.

Once you’ve done the maths, £10,000 a month stops being an arbitrary number. We’ll do that maths together: what you want, what Business #1 provides now, how big the gap is, and whether Business #2 can close it.

The 90 days and how it runs

Here’s What We’ll Do Over The 90 Days

Days 1–30 Extract & Package
Days 31–60 Monetise
Days 61–90 Deliver, prove & leverage

Days 1–30 Extract and package.

We work through Expertise Extraction™ and pull out the experience, results, skills, processes and intellectual property you already have. Then we pin down the market, the problem and the result.

By day 30, I want you to be able to say clearly who you help, what problem you solve, what result you create, how you create it and what you charge. No months of theorising and no hiding behind course creation: we build the offer.

Days 31–60 Monetise.

We put the offer in front of real people. We identify prospects, start conversations, book calls, present the offer, listen to objections and improve it with every piece of feedback, working towards the most important milestone in the programme: your first yes.

Then we find client number two, and number three.

Days 61–90 Deliver, prove and leverage.

Now we help those clients get results. We document what works, capture the questions you keep getting asked, spot the frameworks you’re already using without realising it, and start turning them into templates, processes and training.

Instead of spending 6 months building a course and hoping people want it, your course grows out of work people are already paying you for.

By day 90, the goal is your first 2–3 paying clients, a proven offer, real feedback from the market and the foundations of a business you can build towards £10,000 a month.

I’ve made it 90 days on purpose. Results rarely show up the day you take action. You plant the seeds, do the work consistently, and the results follow.

So I’m not interested in someone who joins on December 1st, watches 3 videos, attends one coaching call and decides on December 10th that it doesn’t work. I want 20 people prepared to execute for 90 days.

Inside The Programme, You’ll Find Out…

  • Which problem, out of everything you’ve learned running a gym, someone else would pay to have solved, even if it feels too basic to charge for
  • The 4-part sentence that turns years of experience into something a stranger can understand and buy
  • What to charge your very first client, and when to put the price up
  • Why your course should come last, and how your first paying clients end up writing it for you
  • How to land your first 2–3 clients without posting a single Reel, writing LinkedIn essays or DMing strangers
  • Where to find your first prospects when nobody outside your own gym knows you exist
  • Why the knowledge that feels most obvious to you is often worth the most to someone 5 years behind you

How The Programme Works

  • A private one-to-one kick-off call with me. We map out your Second Business, work through your individual opportunity and set your plan for the 90 days.
  • The Knowledge-to-Income™ video training and frameworks, so you can work through each stage as we implement it.
  • Group coaching with me twice every week for the full 90 days. This is where we work on your offer, positioning, pricing, prospecting, sales calls, clients and delivery, plus whatever is stopping you moving forward that week.
  • An invite to my office and custom-built classroom for The Second Business Blueprint™ Mastermind on Saturday 9 January.

Included for all 20 Founding Members

The Second Business Mastermind™

20 business owners, one room, one day.

As part of The Second Business Blueprint™, I’m inviting all 20 Founding Members to FMA HQ for a full-day, private mastermind with me.

I’ve spent tens of thousands of pounds over the years on mentors, events and masterminds, both here in the UK and overseas, and some of the best business decisions I’ve ever made have come from conversations with other entrepreneurs.

You’ll have the opportunity to put your own business in the hot seat, explain what you’re working on and get feedback from me and the other business owners in the room. I’ll also share more about how I’ve built FMA, the decisions I’ve made, the mistakes along the way, and what I’d do differently if I were starting again today.

Ben presenting to a room of business owners at FMA HQ Exclusive Mastermind ticket: Knowledge-to-Income Method Mastermind Event, admit one, Haywards Heath

The most valuable person in the room isn’t always the person running it. Sometimes it’s the person sitting next to you.

You’ll be surrounded by 19 other business owners who’ve spent years running gyms, building teams, marketing, selling and solving problems. Someone in that room might have already solved a problem you’re struggling with. Someone else might know somebody who could become your first consulting client. You might meet someone you end up working with for the next 10 years. And equally, you might be the person who helps somebody else.

This won’t be a day where you sit and listen to me talk for 8 hours. I want everyone contributing, asking questions, sharing experiences and helping each other, and I want you leaving with a clear idea of what you need to do next to grow your Second Business.

The training gives you the frameworks. The coaching and the mastermind are where we apply them to what’s actually happening in your business. I’m not going to hand you a library of videos and wish you luck. We’re building your Second Business together.

You Don’t Need To Become An Influencer To Do This

I know what some of you are thinking: “Ben, I don’t want to spend my life making Reels, posting 15 Instagram Stories a day, writing essays on LinkedIn or DMing strangers.”

Good. Neither do I.

My personal Instagram account is private and I rarely post anything about business on it. I’ve never DM’d you trying to turn you into a client, or written posts designed to bait you into commenting, and you’ve never had to watch a highlight reel of my life in the hope you’ll buy something.

I’ve still built a multi-million-pound company consulting. I’d much rather be wealthy and relatively unknown than famous and broke.

What I do know is how acquisition systems work: how to create demand, generate opportunities and win customers without the business owner having to become the product. That’s what I’ll bring into your Second Business too.

Ben's personal Instagram profile, set to private, with 17 posts. Caption: I rarely promote my business on this channel.

Who This Is For, And Who It Isn’t

This is for you if…

  • You’ve built a successful gym and have genuine experience: you’ve built something, made mistakes and produced results
  • You can sit opposite another business owner and say, “I’ve dealt with this before. Here’s what I’d do.”
  • You believe your experience has value and like the idea of turning what’s inside your head into a new income-producing asset
  • You’re willing to be coached, and prepared to execute for 90 days

You don’t need to know everything, just enough to help the person you’re selling to get from where they are to where they want to be.

Please don’t apply if…

  • Your idea of coaching is posing next to rented Lamborghinis and posting endless Instagram Stories
  • You’re after passive income without doing any work
  • You’re not prepared to put yourself out there, speak to potential clients and actually execute

Investment, deadline and how to apply

What It Costs, Before You Book A Call

I’m busy and so are you. The last thing I want is to get you onto a high-pressure call and spend 45 minutes trying to convince you to give me money.

You either see the value in having me personally help you turn what’s inside your head into a Second Business, or you don’t, and either is genuinely fine. If you don’t, I’ll carry on running my business and you’ll carry on running yours.

The Second Business Blueprint™ 20 Founding Member places
Investment
In the thousands, not the tens of thousands. I’m not going to help you build towards a £10,000-a-month business and charge you £100 for it. Equally, you won’t need to invest £10,000 to start.
Founding Member price
A significant discount on the normal investment for the first 20. Once those places are filled, the Founding Member price goes.
Payment plan
Available if spreading it suits your cash flow.
Invoice
You’ll receive an invoice on purchase, and the investment counts as an allowable business expense.
What you get
My frameworks, my experience, my thinking, my coaching and my accountability while we implement this together over 90 days, plus the Mastermind day.

This isn’t cheap, and it shouldn’t be. And I’ll be very clear about one thing: I’m not promising you can give me some money, do nothing for 90 days and wake up with a £10,000-a-month business. That would be bullshit.

You’ll have to do the work: speak to people, make offers, get uncomfortable, take feedback and, most importantly, get your clients results. My target is your first 2–3 paying clients in 90 days or less, and the foundations to build from there.

Why December 1st, And Why It Won’t Move

There will always be a reason to wait: Christmas, January, a busy month, a staffing problem, a holiday, the next project or the next fire in your gym. Then another year has gone.

So I’ve put a date in the diary: December 1st, 2026. This isn’t an evergreen programme you can join whenever you finally feel ready. On December 1st, 20 business owners start together, and we spend the following 90 days extracting, packaging and monetising what they know.

Whether all 20 places are filled or not, we start on December 1st. It’ll be the end of February 90 days later either way. You can get there having spent another 90 days thinking about what you could do, or having spent them building it.

Your Knowledge Has An Earning Window

Right now, you have something nobody starting out can buy overnight: experience. You’ve made the mistakes, built a team, dealt with difficult members, sold, marketed, made the hard financial calls and got through the tough periods. And your knowledge is current.

Industries change, technology changes, the skills people value change, and your own priorities will change too. There’s a strong case for monetising what you know while it’s at its most useful, rather than in 5 or 10 years when it’s less relevant.

Picture two versions of you. One reads this, thinks “that’s interesting, I could probably do something like that”, and carries on. The other decides to find out. They spend 90 days building, land their first client, then their second and third, improve the offer, collect proof and start putting the extra income to work.

What could that Second Business be worth 5 years from now? I can’t answer that. I do know that if you never start, everything you’ve learned will be earning exactly what it earns outside your gym today.

Here’s What Happens When You Apply

Please don’t book a call just to find out the price. I’ve already told you: it’s in the thousands, with payment plans available.

But if you’ve built a successful gym, believe your experience has value, are willing to be coached and like the idea of turning what’s inside your head into a new income-producing asset, here’s what happens next.

  1. Complete the short application on this site.
  2. Answer a few questions about you, your business, what you’ve achieved and why you want to build a Second Business.
  3. If it looks like a fit, you’ll be able to book a private call with me on Zoom, for 45 minutes, at a time that suits you.
  4. On that call we work on your idea for your Second Business together: what you’ve built, where you’ve produced results, what you’re particularly good at, which problems you know how to solve, what knowledge you could monetise, who you could sell it to, what your offer might look like and the fastest sensible route to your first 2–3 clients.
  5. At the end of the call we both decide if you join or not. If I don’t see an opportunity, I’ll tell you. If I don’t think you’re a fit, I’ll tell you that too. If you decide I’m not the right person to help you, that’s fine: no hard feelings, no closing tactics and no awkward chasing.
  6. If we both think there’s something there, I’ll explain exactly how The Second Business Blueprint™ works and what the Founding Member investment is.

There are 20 Founding Member places, and we start on December 1st.

FAQ

A Few Questions You May Have…

“I’m already busy running my gym. How will I find the time?”

That’s exactly why I like this model. We’re not opening another location, hiring a big team or adding another operational burden. We start with a small number of high-value clients and a simple offer.

You will need to set time aside each week, and there’s no magic button, but a few well-planned hours a week is a very different commitment from a second bricks-and-mortar business.

“Can I keep running my gym?”

Yes. That’s the point.

It’s a Second Business, so you don’t burn the boats on Business #1. Your gym keeps producing income while we build another asset alongside it.

“But Ben… what the hell would I coach or consult people on?”

Good question, and if you’re asking it, you’re exactly who I created this for.

You’re too close to your own experience to spot its most valuable parts, so I don’t expect you to. Finding them is the first thing we do together in Expertise Extraction™.

“There are already loads of gym business mentors. Should I really target gym owners?”

Potentially, yes. I know it can look crowded, but I don’t believe it is. (Douglas Gremmen, Chief Growth Officer of Hyrox, has said there are currently 2 million gyms around the world.)

You have your own story, experience, personality and way of doing things, and you’ll connect with gym owners that other mentors simply won’t. Maybe you’ve built a brilliant gym business model, or mastered retention, sales, team building, profitability, opening a second site or running a gym that doesn’t need you there. There are gym owners a few years behind you who’d happily pay to learn how you did it.

And don’t assume you need the biggest gym in the country to be qualified. I know people mentoring gym owners right now who weren’t particularly successful gym owners themselves, and some who failed at it altogether.

Your Second Business doesn’t have to be mentoring gym owners, though. Expertise Extraction™ might show that the most valuable thing you know is a skill that works across lots of industries: sales, marketing, AI, leadership, finance or operations. I have no interest in turning 20 gym owners into 20 more gym mentors. The aim is to find what you know that someone will pay for, whoever that someone turns out to be.

“I don’t feel qualified. Why would anyone pay me?”

Look at where I started: no qualifications, hugely dyslexic, a lifeguard and a swimming teacher. Nothing on paper said I’d build the business I have today. I learned by doing.

People don’t only pay the number one person in the world. They pay people they trust to help them solve a problem. You don’t need to be 100 steps ahead, just far enough ahead to help somebody get where they want to go.

If you can genuinely help someone behind you solve a problem you’ve already solved, we have somewhere to start.

“I couldn’t charge £1,000 or £2,000.”

Then don’t. Not yet.

Let’s get someone to pay you £300 or £500, help them get a result and build your confidence and proof. Then we look at pricing again. In time, your price should reflect the value of the problem you solve rather than the hours you spend on Zoom.

“Do I need a big social media following?”

No, and I’m living proof of that. My personal Instagram is private and it has never been how I win clients.

You don’t need 100,000 followers to find your first 2–3 clients. You need the right offer, the right acquisition system and conversations with the right people.

“Shouldn’t I build my course or coaching programme first?”

No. I think that’s backwards for most people.

Sell first, then coach, consult, listen and learn. Your first paying clients show us what the programme should contain, and once we know what they need, we turn the things you keep teaching into intellectual property you can scale.

“How much does it cost?”

The investment is in the thousands, not the tens of thousands, and payment plans are available.

The 20 Founding Members get a significant discount on the normal price, and I’ll confirm the exact Founding Member investment on the call.

“Is the call a sales call?”

Partly, yes. If we both think it’s a fit, I’ll explain how the programme works and what it costs.

Most of the call, though, is about you: your gym, your results and the problems you know how to solve. You’ll leave with a clearer picture of what your Second Business could look like whether you join or not, and I won’t chase you afterwards.

“Can this really become a multi-million-pound company?”

Potentially. Mine did, and is. (Check Companies House to see the proof.)

But don’t start there. Let’s get client number one, then two, then three. You earn the right to worry about scale once we’ve proved the model.

Business #1 has already paid your tuition fees.
Now let’s use that education to build Business #2.

Sincerely,

Ben Davis

P.S. You don’t need another business idea. There’s a very good chance you already have one, hidden inside the knowledge, mistakes, systems and results you’ve built up running your gym. Our job is to extract it, attach it to a valuable problem, package it and find somebody willing to pay you for the solution, without you having to become a full-time social media personality.

P.P.S. Don’t obsess over £10,000 a month yet. Our first target is client number one, then number two, then number three. Once we’ve proved people will pay for what you know, we have something to build on.

P.P.P.S. The first intake starts on December 1st, 2026, with 20 Founding Member places. Applications close on November 30th or when the 20th place goes. The only question is whether, by the end of February, you’ll still be thinking about your Second Business, or running it.

20 Founding Member places · Starts 1 December
